Welcome to the Katie Bop Family! 

Our goal at Katie Bop is for you to love every item you order, but we know that returns/exchanges happen. We hope this policy makes it a smooth process! Read our return policy before placing an order. We are not at fault if you do not read our return policy.

RETURN POLICY

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days, your order will not be eligible for a return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Complete the Return Form found here before mailing back your items.

Ship all items to PO Box 1665 Athens, GA 30603.

Items must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused) to be accepted for a return.

Shoes scuff so easily on any hard surface. Please try on shoes only on carpet to keep them from scuffing. Shoe boxes are such an important part of the product presentation and must be returned without damage, along with the shoes. 

Swimwear should always be tried on with underwear for sanitary reasons, and please do not remove any protective stickers.

Tops and dresses can get makeup on them very easily when trying on clothing. Please take extra care of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the clothing.

WHAT IS RE:DO?

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free returns for store credit on your order (if needed) and send it back for free. 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify our customer service department within 2 days. You can email them at support@katiebop.com. You must include photos of the damage before we will accept a return.

We do our best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing, but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects, but you most certainly can still return them. 

MY ITEM IS MARKED FINAL SALE. CAN I STILL RETURN IT?

Items marked with SALE cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Sale items are limited to heavily marked-down items from past seasons, as well as items that cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Gift cards are also final sale items.

WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I SEND THE RETURN IN? 

You are free to return your items in the original packaging or any packaging that will safely return the items to us. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the items.
