How do I create an account?
Click on the HUMAN ICON located in the top right hand corner of our home page and click on CREATE ACCOUNT.
You will be sent to a different page to create an account.
Fill out the form completely and click CREATE ACCOUNT when completed.
A confirmation email will be sent to activate your new account.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
- Click on the HUMAN ICON located in the top right hand corner of our home page and click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
How do I place an order?
To add an item to your bag, simply click the ADD TO CART button next to it. (Items you put in your cart will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard on your Cart page.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "bag" icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
To purchase what you've selected click "checkout".
Once we have confirmed your order we will ship!
How do I check my order status?
Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. Orders with standard shipping typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and even though we ship on non-business days, they may be excluded from processing and shipping times by our shippers, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
To check the current status of your order or to view your order history, click TRACK MY ORDER at the bottom of our home page. If you're having trouble logging in, or if you checked out as a guest, please contact customer service at email@example.com
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
- Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified to cancelled after checkout. As we are a small business we work hard to ship out all orders as fast as humanly possible. Once your order is delivered, you are welcome to return it in alignment with our return policy. We have a no cancellation policy.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers. If USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times, please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
Note: we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local USPS carrier regarding your package. Check with anybody that has access to your mail to see if they got your package for you. For a package to be scanned "delivered" USPS has to be at the address provided. Make sure you have given us a correct address.
Holiday shipping times
- We urge you to order very early this year due to the continued COVID-19 impact on our global supply chain - including factory and port closure, and major shipping and logistical challenges - that may cause delays in orders.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Standard Processing & Shipping (shipped via UPS or USPS)
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. International orders will be shipped via USPS.
Expedited Processing & Shipping (shipped via USPS or UPS)
Expedited orders placed before will be shipped the same day. An expedited order requires a physical address.
Expedited International orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders will be shipped via USPS.
My order says it was delivered but I never received it. What do I do?
- USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before a file can be claimed for a package. If the package has been lost in transit / delayed for more than 15 days visit this link to file a claim:
I received damaged or incorrect merchandise. What do I do?
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of what you received.

How do I know which size to choose?
We know picking a size while online shopping can be tricky! Since our styles come from so many different designers, sizing can really vary from piece to piece. Most of our items have a sizing description or sizing chart. If you're still not sure about the measurements or you need to know more about the product (color, style, material, etc.), our Fit Experts are here to help! How do I take my measurements?
- Measuring Tips We measure each item from side seam to side seam, on a flat surface. Please consider the fabric content of each item, as fabric containing stretch may have give.
- Bust Measure around the fullest part of your bust making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
- Waist Measure around the narrowest part of your waist below your rib cage and above the hips making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
- Hips Measure around the widest part of your hips below your waist and above your thigh making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
